This video describes how to fold a traditional origami basket.
I was inspired to make this tutorial while exploring a new origami book especially for beginners: "Origami Made Simple" by Russel Wood.
Russell Wood also has a YouTube channel, including a playlist of more tutorials for models diagrammed in the book.

Simple basket
My granddaughter is getting married in June. I will make 80 of these for the wedding, plus a few origami models to give away. If my hands hold out! Thank you for making the tutorial. More helpful for me.
