Decide which origami tutorial will be the next!

Yey, I've got 3333 subscribers. Now let's get you more involved! Make a origami-related video response or post an origami poem as a comment here: http://www.youtube.c... The deadline is 22nd September. I'll then pick a "winner", who can then decide which model I'll be demonstrating next. I'll announce the "winner" on the 24th September, 6 PST during my live interview at http://www.luvchat.com

Hi Sara,

Firstly, CONGRATS on the number of subscribers :D Great going! I liked your video and the idea you have i.e. the contest for the next instructional video. Looking fwd to your interview on the 24th, too. I secretly hope its the "Dragon in flight" by Charles Esselstine instructional video which is selected in the end :D tee hee

All the very best!

Hi sara!
I was just wondering if I need an account with luvchat.com in order to join the conversation?
It would be nice if you could answer asap.

You do not need to register to view the live stream or to write questions / comments in the chat room. If you want to call in via Skype, of course you need a Skype account (http://www.skype.com/). But you can also call in via landline - which means you need a phone. ;)

Hope this helps,

Hi Sara

Tks to exixt bye
Mario

IF THERE IS ANYWAY THAT YOU COULD SHOW ME THE DIAGRAMS AND OR THE WAY TO GET THE DIAGRAMS IT WOULD BE WONDERFUL , GOING TO MAKE A SCENE AND DONT HAVE ANY MODELS TO FULFILL THE DREAM

I'm not sure which butterfly model and which mushroom model you mean. I'll take a lucky guess, though.
Both the Vincent Floderer mushroom and the Michael LaFosse Alexander Swallowtail Butterfly have instructional videos online. Just check the links that I posted on the details pages for the two models (marked as "Diagrams"):

I don't think there are diagrams for Vincent Floderer's work, a link to a book with diagrams for various butterflies is on the other page ("Michael LaFosse's Origami Butterflies" by Richard L. Alexander & Greg Mudarri).

hello, Sara.. I was just wondering where you got the diagrams for the jello ball... My brotherrs birthday is coming up and i wanted to make it from hin. Thanks you!

The diagrams have only been published in "PCOC Play" (published by OUSA) thus far, but Charles said he'd include them in his new book. Not sure when that's happening, though.

Hi Sara i had an idea on making a new contest like this one but another challenge,to show us some models on your queue for making a video on them but the challinge will be : you will say us some models to fold and we will send you a picture with it. The fold you think it's the most good folded is the winner......what do you think about that???

I have thought about this, but people with a lot of folding experience will have a great advantage. And I've always thought my videos are more targeted towards less advanced folders. Can you understand my dilemma?

-- Sara

Well i hadn't thought that . then ahat do you say about hand drawn diagrams? i don't thon that an advanced folder could be better than someone with less experience

Hey Sara i was wondering if are you going to make the video for the Jell O ball and one more thing where did you find the diagrams for it because i checked out your books and you don't own the ''Pcoc Play''oh yeah are you going to do a video on your eagle ? It looks awsome !!

I'll have to check when I'll make a video on the Jell O Ball. You're right in that I don't have the book - but Charles sent me a digital copy of his diagrams. As to the eagle, I also intend to make a video on that model, but am not sure when. I think I have a couple of more interesting videos I want to present first. ;)

Thanks for the reply Sara i want really to fold the Jell O Ball from the first time i saw this video so it will be nice of you were making a video on this

Excuse me but when are you planning to make the tutorial for the jello ball.
