Special Guest BOS 03/2009: Robert Harbin

The "special guest" of the BOS Spring 2009 Convention was Robert Harbin (1909-1978). A portrait of Robert Harbin was unveiled when the convention was officially opened, and this is a photo of it, cropped a bit.
