How did I get this book before publication date?
At the BOS Autumn 2013 Convention Toshikazu Kawasaki was one of the special guests. He brought with him four copies of his newest book - this one - and offered them up in a silent auction. Kawasaki-san donated the funds raised in the auction to a Japanese disaster relief charity.
My book is one of those copies.

I absolutely must get a copy of this when it's published! Any hints as to when it's likely to be available in the UK? (I suspect Nicolas Terry will have copies available for sale before anywhere else!).
